About
Three generations, one ladder rack.
ArDan Construction started in 1993 with one truck, a borrowed compressor and a rule that has not moved since: nothing gets covered up that has not been photographed first.

Why it works this way
The rule came from a bad week in 1996.
A crew tore off a roof on a Thursday, found a rotten valley, and had to ask the homeowner for another two thousand dollars while standing in her kitchen. She paid it. She never called us again, and she was right not to.
Every process on this site exists to stop that conversation happening twice. The report is written first, the surprises are priced first, and the number you approve is the number on the invoice.
Nothing is covered before it is photographed
Every layer, every replaced sheet, every flashing detail is shot with a tape in the frame and lands in your report. If it is not in the photographs, it is not on the invoice.
The crew is on payroll, not on a list
Eleven people, all employed, all insured through us. Nobody subcontracts your roof to whoever answered the phone that morning, which is why the finish looks the same on every job.
Where we work
Close enough to come back if something is wrong.
We stay inside a thirty minute radius on purpose. A warranty is only worth what the drive is worth, and a company two counties away will always find a reason not to make it.

Come and look at the roof with us.
Most people have never seen their own roof up close. Bring a phone, we will walk you through what the report is going to say before it is written.
